Bringing flowers to work

I love flowers. Spring is the season where my favourites pop up from tulips to poppies to the peonies that will blossom in November. That said, I’m currently enjoying bunches of orchids which I’m finding to be particularly stunning this Spring, am I the only one?

From today’s BusiChic whom I photographed for both her creative take on a Corporate suit that makes me categorise this as Contemporary Business Wear AND her pretty bunch of flowers, I don’t think so!

Pip puts a creative spin on Corporate suiting which IMO makes this Contemporary Business Wear and brings a bunch of springtime into her workplace.

Pip is wearing blazer and belt from Topshop, pants from Gorman and shoes from Whyred. I also love Pip’s upcycyled oil-painting bag which is from Swarm – perfect for Buy Nothing New month!

I love Pip's use of colour in her workwear

Pip picked up this beautiful leather bag whilst travelling through Italy. I love picking up interesting accessories to brighten up work outfits and the workplace - souvenirs that are useful and will remind you of holidays gone by!

As an auditor, this is the sort of outfit I like to put together on myself – formal enough for clients but with some personal flair. What do you think of Pip’s workwear? And do you like bringing flowers to work?
