Week 52: The Little Black Dress and the Belted Blazer

In Week 52 of the Little Black Dress project, I style my LBD for work by belting a blazer  – the final installment in this series!

OMG dearest BusiChic,

We’re finally at the end of this project where I’ve been styling one LBD differently, each week for a whole year; can you believe it?!

Without further ado, here is the final way that I’ve styled my Little Black Dress for work; by belting my blazer:

In Week 52 of The Little Black Dress Project, I belt my blazer Patricia Field-style!

Thank you for following The Little Black Dress Project - a different way to style your LBD for every week of the year!

Belting a blazer further cinches the silhouette and adds polish.I like slim-belts like this one I stole from my mum to achieve this effect.

I’m wearing:

  • Little Black Dress by Bento
  • Vivacita blazer purchased from a selection at Swoon boutique.
  • Belt – stolen from my mother. I’ve used quite a few pieces from Mum during this project, thanks Mum! Have you borrowed/stolen pieces from your mum/sister/cousin/friends?
  • Naturalizer shoes
