I hope that you’re having a great week at work! Today I’m sharing the rather chic Smart Casual style of Social Media Community Manager Freelancer, Sarah Kempson, who also blogs at Sarah’s Style Emporium.
Sarah’s outfit: Shoes are Tony Bianco, skirt is H&M (bought in Paris, or try a similarly-shaped skirt in leather or this lovely cobalt), blue top is Barkins, cropped denim jacket is Riders by Lee (i’ve had it for like a decade), bag is the freebie one from LMFF!
Some information on the sale:
The Very Special Kids Fashion Sale is a feel-good shopping experience supporting a great cause. You can snap up a bargain while raising funds for children with life-threatening conditions.
Thousands of quality female workwear, semi-casual and casual clothing items, shoes and accessories will be sold at up to 90% of retail price. Mens and children’s casual clothing are also available.
Leading brands and designers include Anna Rita N, Alex Perry, David Lawrence, Fate, Jacqui E, JAG, Lee, Megan Park, Portmans, Pacific Brands, Sass and Trelise Copper.
Entry is a gold coin donation and 100% of the proceeds go to Very Special Kids. For regular updates on the Fashion Sale, please join the Facebook event page.
Sarah will be holding workshops on how to dress for one’s body shape while I’ll be on hand to provide inspiration for shoppers on how to style their purchases and any LBDs that they purchase on the day! So for those of you who missed out on my Little Black Dress (LBD) exhibition at LMFF earlier this year, do swing by as I’ll be setting up part of the exhibition in the Malvern Town Hall especially for this event! Copies of my book, The Little Black Dress Project ($29), will also be on sale on the day.
