Work in a slightly more formal workplace? Pair with a formal shoe to create a Business Casual outfit and if you work in a Contemporary Business Wear environment, pair those formal shoes with pants in a dressier fabric like this pair from ASOS.
Recreate the look!
And here are two styles from SheInside for relaxed but-still-formal-enough-for-work blazers; a half-sleeved blazer with collarless clean lines or this collarless blazer in a slightly longer cut.
