When the sun shines

Every once in a while, the sun takes its sweet time to shine in Melbourne. It is at these moments that I race out to see what workwear the rays have drawn out. And while I’ve observed that it is très tricky for Corporates to look cool in a suit en soleil, I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find that this is where Smart Casuals (that’s Business Casual for our Northern friends 😉 ) can really impress. Game. Set. Match.*

Sunglare makes sunnies a must but please make sure your frames suit your workwear! Eric's classic frames add polish to his Smart Casual ensemble.

Sans sunnies, it's this peek of a classic belt that puts the smart in Eric's Smart Casual workwear.

  1. Great sunglasses, they really match his look. I agree with finding the right frames for you, it could be quite a task sometimes though…
I barely find anything that I like.
How cool, I haven’t visited South Korea, but I would sure love to. I envy you a little that you lived there.

  2. Is it your birthday today? I’m sure I spotted that information somewhere… hope you have a happy one and a wonderful year. Don’t forget to slip, slop, slap next time you’re at the tennis!

    • Hey lovely! yes it was indeed and thank you for your wishes! Hope you’re having a great start to the new year after a well-earnt rest after a busy but inspiring 2010! Xx
