Chic at the station

I love a bit of word-play. Something I get asked a lot is, “how do you pronounce Business chic? is it ‘chick’ or sheek?”. The answer is that I pronounce it “sheek” as this site is about cataloguing the stylish business types I see out and about. However recognising that many pronounce it, “chick”, I came up with my alias busichic, pronounced busy chick. But that’s actually backfired on me also as I’ve come to realise that folk now like to refer to this website as BusiChic (pronounced “busy sheek”)…. Which brings us to today’s BusiChic featuree, Georgina. She is a chick whose chic, I spotted at the train station and liked, so without further ado, check it!

@perpetua – glad you think so – we agree 🙂

@Trude – patterns are so important, especially here in Melbourne where the default is to wear lots of black. A great print like this is very, very welcome 🙂
