Mission 65 Fashion event

Last week, Business Chic attended Mission 65 Fashion ~ a celebration of Prahran Mission’s 65 years of serving the community and fundraiser which displayed the talents of Australian designers and students from the Whitehouse Institute of Design. Below are the images from the fashion show, featuring one-off designs by the likes of Melbourne-based designers Madame Virtue & Co, Jenny Bannister, a.concept by anthony capon and Candice DeVille, all of whom reworked secondhand garments from the Mission’s opportunity shop into 1940s-styled creations which were auctioned off to raise funds for Prahran Mission.

A fabulous night of fantastic 40s style and all for a great cause, Business Chic congratulates all of those involved!
