I am partial to a good breakfast. So it was quite the honour and delight to be a guest at last week’s re-opening of the newly designed Tiffany & Co flagship in Melbourne. Located at 267 Collins Street between Swanston and Elizabeth Streets; a location that Glenn Schlehuber, Managing Director of Tiffany & Co, Australia, hopes will be known as the New-York-end of Collins Street!
There was a veritable bevvy of business chic in the space as ladies and gentlemen assembled to take in the sparkling delights of the new store and its contents. However there was one lady in particular who for me evoked the memory of Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly in the iconic film, Alison Waters of Hat Matters.
Alison’s ensemble is timelessly chic in all its noir elegance. I also liked how she paired a pair of open-toe shoes with opaque stockings; reminding me of this post. I can see Alison’s outfit in the office or out for drinks, dinner or breakfast at Tiffany’s; all with the change of a her chapeau – very chic!
The Tiffany & Co flagship store can be found at 267 Collins Street, Melbourne.
She is fabulous, a big tick for the whole outfit particularly the hat. Any chance of finding out where the hat comes from or if she had it custom made?
Thanks Katrina! I’ve just sent the link to this post to Alison so hopefully she’ll have a look, see your question and let us know! *fingers-crossed*
What a stunning lady! Looks like she’d be great fun to have a little glass of something with at breakfast time too!
