Kyla Crozier | How to wear Australiana in the workplace

In today’s business style inspiration, I’d like to introduce you to Australian designer Kyla Crozier and her current collection which features an australiana print. I really like it when designers create their own signature prints and love that Kyla was inspired by native Australian flora such as wattle and waratahs as well as fauna (specifically the cockatoo) in her latest work. I spent some time growing up in the country and am thus very fond of such imagery! I think that the key with working prints or detailed tops into the Contemporary Business Wear dress code is to keep everything else simple. For me that means a knit pencil skirt (mine is from Country Road) which I’ve finished off with a clutch and snakeskin flats to complete this Spring ensemble that works in the office or afterwork drinks.

Introducing Kyla Crozier into my work wardrobe

I like this detail of the Alice Dreams Sun Top by Kyla Crozier. Gives extra interest to a business chic wardrobe staple; the shell top that can be worn with or without a blazer.

What do you think of Kyla Crozier’s work? Would you wear an Australiana print in the workplace or at a work-related event?

  1. Amazing! Love the first top! So fresh.

  2. Love seeing the pics of you Cheryl. I love Aussie flora and fauna too. I was watching a group of white cockatoos at the beach this morning:) I’ll be looking out for Kyla’s clothes. Yes, I’d wear them anywhere.

  3. Oh, this is stunning … and yes, I love seeing more of your style there. Love the shift dress and that shirt detail. x
