Today’s BusiChic featuree reminded me to not underestimate the style that can be found in the ‘burbs sort of like one of my friends Leeyong has a great DIY-fab blog called Style Wilderness– the suburb that style forgot. Leeyong shares the original pieces that she makes and styles fabulously to show that style is still alive in her suburb! I myself work in a pleasantly sleepy suburb with just enough creatives to keep this blog moving along. However recently there’s been a new and sharply tailored suit on the block, which I’ve captured for your Corporate or Polished inspiration today!

Something I learnt form Richard in this shot; you can layer stripes upon stripes as long as you get the overall silhouette/shape of your look right.
Richard is sporting sunglasses by Dior suit and square from Arthur Galan AG with tie by Paul Smith and shoes from Aquila.
I’ve been replenishing my handcream supply in the office and just bought one I’m loving from Sukin. Speaking to Richard, he likes skincare from Kiehl’s which he thinks is the best and in Melbourne can be bought at David Jones. Are you using any skincare products that you like for use at work? I’d love to hear from you!
Very sharp. Love that suit.
Me too, Nikki- great to see Aussie labels do business chic so well!
