You’ve just got to fight your way through

Greetings you business chic thing, you!

Thank you for perservering with us as we’ve worked to get the blog back up! I think that the gremlins have now been addressed but the downtime gave me something to think about. The thing is, BusinessChic is nowhere near where I’d like it to be and I’d like to take a little bit more time to get it back on track.

I have been taking some baby steps- you may have noticed the new watermark on my images that I’ve been sharing on our Facebook page.

Many many thanks to Keegan Hunt of Margery Daw for whipping up this number for us! She is such a beautiful talent so I highly recommend checking out her site!

So what’s happening next is a complete facelift! BusiChic has been around for 2 years now and I’ve never tweaked it. I’ve only changed my style of photography from using auto-settings to manual – hence the embarrassing blurriness of some images but that’s something I’m addressing during this time out. I’m also now working with the team at Theme Pivot to make this blog look better. I’m not sure exactly how long this will take but will be keeping you all updated through our Facebook page – so please like if you haven’t already!

In the meantime, thank you for your visits that have kept me inspired to run after stylish workers on their way to work- time and time again! The blog will still be open for your browsing pleasure and I really look forward to showing you our new style soon!

PS: Here’s another inspirational quote that gets me through my creative troughs; I hope it helps you too.

  4. I love a good transition! Currently in a big one myself, I think they are the best time for creatives to stop and redefine what appeals to you, what you truly value and where you want to go.
