Dearest BusiChic,
I’m coming down with a cold but can you blame me with all of the excitement that’s going on at the moment?!
The Little Black Dress Project is going to PRINT
OMG I was in a meeting and my phone (while on silent) was vibrating like crazy; it was friends calling and texting to tell me that I had reached my Pozible target of $5,000 which means WE ARE GOING TO PRINT! I cannot tell you how relieved I am considering that the book launch is this Friday! Yes, I’ve learnt a number of things from this self-publishing caper which I will be sharing when I speak at the Melbourne Writers’ Club next Monday! More on that soon. In the meantime, here are some behind-the-scenes that I shared with supporters on my Pozible page – the campaign finishes in just a few hours but you still have time to pre-order your books!
Also as a thank you, I’ll be putting together extra rewards that you’ll receive if you come pick up the book from the exhibition at Melbourne Central during the month of March! Pre-order your books here!
PRESS: Your local leader newspaper!
A super big thank you to Suzanne Robson for featuring me in her Smart Shopper column that appears right across Victoria! Here’s a squiz:

Thank you all for your support, visiting, commenting and sharing the BusiChic! I’m pretty excited that it’s our bloggy birthday this Friday – we’re turning three! To celebrate, I hope that you come and visit us at the exhibition at Melbourne Central over the month of March. I hope that I get to soon reveal some of the awesome people who will be helping me invigilate (new word that I learnt which I’m told means “to person an exhibition”) the exhibition! More soon 🙂

Thanks Nikki and for supporting my campaign by buying a copy of the book too! xx
